Independent Contractor Agreement (Worker)

1. Independent Contractor Status

Worker is not an employee.

2. Control of Work

Worker controls how work is performed.

3. Taxes

Worker is responsible for taxes.

4. Work Authorization

Worker must be legally authorized to work.

5. Intellectual Property

Deliverables transfer to Client upon payment.

6. Confidentiality

Worker must protect Client information.

7. Insurance

Worker is responsible for insurance.

8. Compensation Acknowledgement

Compensation is fixed at agreement.

Additional work must be agreed in advance.

9. Off-Platform Payments

Worker shall not accept payments outside the Service.

10. Indemnification

Worker indemnifies the Service.

11. Liability

Worker is responsible for services.

12. Compliance

Worker must comply with laws.
