Payment Policy

1. Payment Processing
Payments are processed via Stripe Connect.
2. Payment Flow
- - Client submits payment
- - Funds may be held
- - Funds are released upon completion
3. Fees
Client-facing platform fees may apply.
Depending on the payment flow, payment-processing or payout-related fees may also affect the amount received by a Worker.
4. Compensation Adjustments
Payments are based on fixed compensation.
Adjustments are only allowed if agreed in advance.
No reduction after completion is permitted.
5. Holds and Disputes
Payments may be delayed in disputes.
6. Refunds
Generally non-refundable.
7. Chargebacks
Client is responsible for chargebacks.
8. Enforcement
All payments must be processed through the Service. Violations may result in account action.
