Client Terms and Conditions

1. No Employment Relationship
Client shall not treat Workers as employees.
2. Restrictions
Client shall not impose fixed schedules or ongoing obligations.
3. Scope of Work
Work must be defined as discrete tasks.
4. Payment Obligation
Client must pay agreed compensation upon completion.
5. Compensation Rules
Compensation is fixed.
Client shall not reduce compensation after completion.
Additional compensation must be agreed in advance.
6. Intellectual Property
Client owns deliverables upon payment.
7. Confidentiality
Client must protect Worker information.
8. Off-Platform Payments
Client shall not make payments outside the Service for engagements initiated through the platform.
9. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify the Service.
10. Compliance
Client must comply with laws.
